I really hate this time of year. It’s impossible not to look back with disappointment and exhaustion at the year that’s almost over. And the crushing saturation of the “HOLIDAY SEASON!” is enough to make any sane person crazy. I’ve never been one of those people who looks to the future shining so clearly right in front of me. Making it’s triumphant return to Brooklyn Bridge Park is Photoville, and I couldn’t be more excited! I believe this year will be even better than last, so I thought I’d write about the things I am most looking forward to. The exhibits this year feature work from all over the world, and the breadth of subjects is fantastic. My 2012 Shout-Out

So 2012 is finally drawing to a close, and I for one am not sorry it’s ending. In fact, good riddance! I always have ambivalent thoughts about the beginning of the New Year, but I do want to thank the people who made 2012 for me.
